My career began in an unexpected manner. Initially, I had no experience even as a receptionist, yet I found myself at a front office desk, answering calls, taking memos, sorting mail, and performing tasks to assist the Accounts Receivable department. What was meant to be a one-day temporary job became the starting point of my journey. On my third day at New West Products, Inc., I was offered a full-time position, and they purchased my contract from the temp agency. Within nine months, I advanced to the role of Accounts Receivable & Collections.
Now, over 25 years later, I continue to pursue my passion, but as my own boss. Following an unexpected layoff after 8.5 years with my previous employer due to downsizing, I chose to take control of my destiny. Prior to establishing my career, I had a diverse employment background. I've done it all, having worked in various capacities since I was 10 years old.
Outside of work, I breed and show Boxers, a passion since 2009. Additionally, I own a horse and enjoy riding. I love taking long walks with my husband and staying active. My family includes four grown children, a grandson, three Boxers, and a horse.
